Job summary

AIM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general and preventive maintenance at the Phoenix campus. The role includes basic repairs, cleaning, and safety-focused tasks to ensure the campus remains safe and functional.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally trade certificates in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical fields. Full-time employment with benefits is offered at AIM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Trade school certificates in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields are a plus.
• Experience in general maintenance of commercial properties preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform general, routine, and preventive maintenance for campus buildings.
• Handle basic repairs (locks, doors, leaks, etc.) as needed.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of floors, stairs, and surfaces.
• Monitor parking areas for hazards and debris; report issues.
• Remove hazards during inclement weather and maintain safe entrances.
• Ensure repairs are documented and properly communicated to supervisor.
