Job summary

Nestlé Solon is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance and repairs on the corporate campus. You will help ensure HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other systems operate at peak performance to provide a safe, comfortable workplace.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing repairs, supporting design/construction projects, and maintaining records in Archibus. Requires a high school diploma and 2 years' related experience; CPR/HVAC certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; trade school diploma or 2 years of on-the-job experience in maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
Prefer Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience with scissor lifts and working at heights is a plus; CPR and HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify issues.
Repair faulty equipment and maintain HVAC controls for climate comfort.
Maintain lighting and general building systems; perform painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing tasks.
Keep exterior buildings and campus grounds in good condition.
Maintain records and inventory for equipment using Archibus; support onsite projects.
