Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in custodial, facilities, or maintenance-related work.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify custodial, facility, or maintenance needs and communicate findings to the Operations Director.
• Perform and assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure proper use, care, and storage of custodial equipment and supplies.
