Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Facilities Maintenance and Operations to meet infrastructure goals.
• Coordinate input with design and construction teams on major capital projects.
• Develop and monitor department goals aligned with Cal Poly’s academic strategic plan and physical master plan.
• Provide leadership to the management team and staff to achieve growth and efficiency.
• Manage annual operating budgets over $30 million.
