Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management experience.
• Five years facilities management experience in commercial real-estate, institutional or academic setting.
• Ability to monitor costs while maintaining high performance standards.
• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and presentation skills.
• Willing to be on-call and respond nights or weekends for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and periodic cleaning across university complexes.
• Supervise custodians, supervisors, admin staff; determine staffing levels.
• Prepare schedules and biweekly payroll; monitor staff performance and records.
• Train staff; implement new procedures and policies; handle disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate setup for events on campuses; liaise with occupants and vendors.
