Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience with basic repairs, painting, plumbing, and basic carpentry.
• Ability to read and document work orders and communicate with supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine walkthroughs of buildings to identify needed maintenance.
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance requests from the work-order system.
• Move furniture and equipment to support operations and events.
• Assemble and install desks, tables, and shelving.
• Perform basic lighting maintenance and replace ceiling tiles.
• Assist with campus upkeep of exterior areas and grounds.
• Identify needs that require licensed contractors and report them.
• Document completed work and update work orders.
