Zusammenfassung

Wonderful College Prep Academy is hiring a full-time custodial/maintenance staff member to clean and sanitize multiple spaces across the campus, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You will also perform minor maintenance, setup for events, and assist with equipment as needed.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to maintain supplies and cooperate with staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; detail oriented with a strong focus on safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and organization to maintain supplies and records.
• Self-starter who can perform with minimal supervision and work in collaboration with staff.

Aufgaben

• Facilities and Grounds cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, gym, media center, locker rooms, auditoriums, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, exterior grounds, storage areas and other workspaces.
• Maintenance: perform minor repairs, move/assemble furniture, service custodial equipment, touch up painting, hang teaching aids; submit maintenance requests.
• Special Events: set up/tear down tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment; assist users with equipment; secure areas for events.
