Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education, student affairs, public administration, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, operations, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with sound judgment and discretion.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and real-time operations of the expressive activity program.
• Monitor activities, document responses, and coordinate campus responders.
• Serve as on-site coordinator for expressive activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct post-event reviews, after-action reports, and trend analyses.
• Investigate complex student conduct cases and provide support as needed.
• Support divisional compliance, risk management, and emergency response efforts.
