Role Description

The Campus Executive Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Manassas, VA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day campus operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing education. This position leads campus staff and faculty, manages budgets and resources, and ensures compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory standards. The director collaborates on academic planning, enrollment management, and student support initiatives, ensuring programs align with institutional goals and market needs. Daily responsibilities include supervising departmental leaders, monitoring performance metrics, guiding strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive campus culture. The role also involves representing the campus to external partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies to strengthen the institute’s reputation and outreach.
