You will gain exposure to campus resources and gain experience supporting students, faculty, staff, and employers.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2.5 GPA.
• Must be able to pass a background check by the university.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional staff with clerical tasks which may include scheduling meetings, returning phone calls, answering emails, taking meeting minutes, purchasing items, and proofreading documents.
• Assist at events.
• Create advertising posters.
• Advertise CAPS events.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for innovative changes.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programming - Including but not limited to room reservations, catering reservations, advertising, supply purchases, cash handling, event set-up, staffing events, and finding and leading volunteers.
