Job summary

United Security Inc. is seeking a Special Events Security Officer to perform campus security tasks and provide high-level customer service. The role includes patrolling grounds, monitoring access points, and maintaining safety protocols on campus.

Ideal candidates will have prior security or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team. This is an as-needed position with first, second, and third shift availability, including weekends and school

Qualifications

• Security experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Speak clearly and concisely
• Ability to keep workstation neat and organized
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Ability to conduct foot patrols regularly

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure campus is secure and safe.
• Identify leaks and spills; inspect doors and locks to prevent hazards.
• Interact with visitors in a courteous and professional manner; provide directions as needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, employees, visitors and patients.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, policies, and orders.
• Maintain order and enforce campus rules to ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports when necessary.
• Present a professional image in dress and conduct.
