Qualifications

• This is a Federal Work Study position only.
• Able to read aloud well, work with children, and sit for short periods of time.
• Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, tactful and courteous manner.
• Must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm when working with young children.
• Car will be required based on site location.
• Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and uphold Northwestern’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Aid classroom teachers in the instruction and practice of reading
