Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing and kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in racks.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver where required and maintains safe, clean surfaces.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and maintains safety compliance.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading.
