Job summary

Atlanta Mission is seeking a Campus Director for The Shepherds Inn in Atlanta, GA. The role leads staff, oversees holistic programming, and ensures safety and dignified care for residents while maintaining compliance and strong community partnerships.

You will own the campus operations, budget, and program fidelity, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with the Chief Program Officer to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, public health, human services, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience running a large site or business unit with 25+ staff.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams; references available.
• Active Christian faith and alignment with Atlanta Mission's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations, recruit, develop, and supervise staff including program managers and direct care workers.
• Oversee program implementation, fidelity, and holistic scheduling across the campus.
• Manage budget, licensing, funding, and regulatory compliance for the facility.
• Build partnerships with churches, employers, housing providers, and government agencies.
• Ensure safety, dignity, and positive outcomes for residents; handle conflict and crises.
