Job summary

AoPS Incorporated is seeking a Campus Director for the Fremont campus to lead a premier enrichment program and drive student achievement. You will mentor instructors, engage families and implement AoPS’s mission across the campus.

You will recruit and retain top staff, ensure rigorous math experiences, and foster a culture of intellectual curiosity that motivates students to excel and grow.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience aligned with AoPS pedagogy.
• Deep understanding of the needs of students advanced in mathematics.
• Strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead AoPS Academy Fremont campus and mentor instructors.
• Grow campus enrollment and engagement with families.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Set high academic standards and ensure excellent student experiences.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to address campus needs.
