Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Oakwood University’s Blake Dining Hall is seeking a part-time onsite utility worker to support sanitation operations and coordinate tasks.

You will care for floors and dining areas, restock supplies, remove waste, receive inventory, and clean and sanitize dishes, utensils and cookware.

Must-haves include following safe procedures and working both independently and with a team; experience in foodservice or maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and use sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in foodservice or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Care for and clean floors and dining areas.
• Restock supplies in the dining area.
• Remove and dispose of waste properly.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Clean, maintain and sanitize dishes, utensils and equipment.
