Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at TAMU College Station is hiring for food service roles. We prepare, present, and serve food with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Positions available are full-time and part-time with a flexible schedule and pay ranging from $12.50 to $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include prep work, portion control, customer service, sanitation, and following approved recipes and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays to and from work stations while following safety standards.
• Stores food with proper dating, wrapping and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Uses recipes and production standards to ensure quality and proper portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, service and inventory procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
