Compass Group USA is hiring for full-time COOK positions at 100 Campus Center, Seaside CA 93955 (Hiring for multiple locations). Hours: Monday–Sunday; weekends required. Pay: $21.00 per hour to $21.50. Perks include complimentary shift meals and $55 toward safety shoes.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking, recipe adherence, prep, and food safety experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures and presentation.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high cleanliness standards and stores excess food per procedures.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms, stores food and supplies per standards.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
