Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• Preferred: prior customer service experience and one year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned area, including classrooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop floors, remove debris and clean spills in designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment.
• Report maintenance needs to lead cleaner or manager.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Handle recycling and dust desks, tables, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors; wipe countertops and equipment.
• Move furniture as needed for cleaning and seasonal tasks.
• Adhere to all company, client, and regulatory safety and quality standards.
