Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a full-time Custodian for a Facilities Department position. The candidate must have a high school diploma and some custodian experience is preferred. Basic computer knowledge with Word and Outlook is expected.

Main duties include disinfecting classroom furniture, cleaning restrooms, floor sweeping and mopping, and snow removal during inclement weather. The role requires physical stamina and reliability to support campus operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Custodian experience is preferred.
• Applicants should have some computer knowledge with Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect classroom chairs, desks, white boards and other classroom furniture to maintain a healthy learning environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms according to established practices and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, empty and clean ash trays, wipe windows, sweep and mop stairs, and wipe walls.
