Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team, attract qualified prospective residents, and engage with current residents.

You will be the face of the property, conduct tours, join community events, and assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager with social media postings while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required for this entry-level position.
• Current students and residents are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service focused.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Organize tasks and focus on main priorities.

You will get to be the face of the property, conduct property tours with prospective residents, join in community events, and support the property leadership to attract qualified leads.
