Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a part-time New Here Coffee Ambassador to craft a welcoming coffee experience at the temporary leasing office. You will engage students, build relationships, and connect guests with leasing opportunities, events, and the Core Spaces brand in a vibrant campus setting.

duties include espresso preparation, hospitality, and collaboration with the National Beverage Director and property teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments (coffee/hospitality/retail).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and campus communities.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, including coffee service and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day New Here Coffee experience, creating a welcoming environment.
• Craft espresso drinks, teas, and house specials while maintaining quality and standards.
• Partner with Leasing and Marketing teams to generate leads and connect guests to leasing opportunities.
