The role emphasizes data literacy, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of career services, experiential learning, and reporting to support student success at UF.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate field and two years of experience or a bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience.
• Master’s degree in marketing, social sciences, student personnel, or human resources (HR).
• Two years of experience in stakeholder engagement, marketing, sales, career development, career counseling, or HR.
• Knowledge of industry relations, employment trends, student development, career services, marketing, and outreach strategies.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with campus and external stakeholders to advance career strategies and the data used to positively impact career outcomes at UF.
• Manages career-related technologies that support scalable career coaching, employer engagement, experiential learning tracking, and student access to career services.
• Develops training materials, user guides, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistent adoption across the partners and student populations.
• Strengthens cross-functional collaboration to ensure data is leveraged effectively to advance student success, institutional priorities, and the mission.
• Meets with students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and other partners to support data-informed decision making to improve student success outcomes.
