Jobs That Are Left is seeking a Campus Organizer in Philadelphia to lead youth outreach and campus-based organizing efforts. The role focuses on engaging students, building teams, and coordinating with campus networks to mobilize voter turnout for elections in 2026 and beyond.

You will manage paid fellows and volunteers, train teams, and handle data entry across systems like America Votes and BLOCKS. A driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Philadelphia are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Philadelphia.
• Ability to work weekends and irregular hours as required.
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Previous experience organizing for electoral campaigns is a plus; campus organizing is a bigger plus.

Responsibilities

• Youth Programming: develop and run programs that engage students and turnout young voters.
• Hiring, Training, & Managing Teams: recruit, hire, and supervise paid fellows and volunteers.
• Data Management & Entry: ensure accurate collection and entry of voter registration data across systems.
• Build Relationships and Coalitions: connect with student leaders and organizations to expand reach.
