Job summary

The Sterling Quadrangle is seeking a Student Marketing Associate to build your personal brand while promoting community living near UCF. This role blends social creativity with hands-on campaigns, tours, and leases.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll craft monthly content, engage peers through campus outreach, support events, and earn commissions per lead and lease, with bonus opportunities and class-credit options where eligible.

Qualifications

• Student at University affiliated with UCF seeking hands-on marketing experience.
• Strong social presence and ability to create engaging content.
• Willingness to participate in campus outreach and events.
• Able to work flexible hours around class schedule.
• Interest in branding and resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and post monthly content on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Share and amplify official Sterling content.
• Generate leads through your network.
• Attend ambassador meetings and events.
• Participate in content shoots and campaigns.
• Maintain a professional representation of the Sterling brand.
