Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a Red Bull Student Marketeer to act as a campus brand ambassador, promoting the Red Bull brand and products on campus and in the region. You will engage students, run product trials, and represent the brand at events to create memorable experiences.

As part of a flexible, student-friendly team, you will expand brand presence, collaborate with local sales to improve distribution, and help grow engagement on social media while maintaining a dynamic part-time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid US driver's licence.
• University or college enrolment is required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes', and winning sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand and product ambassador, embodying Red Bull brand personality traits and company values in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
• Build and execute a tailored, innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the Red Bull brand to life at the university.
• Create and maintain a strong network on and around campus, establishing relationships with key local individuals and identifying collegiate content creators.
• Grow the user base through product sampling, inviting positive trial and awareness at the right place and time, and answering consumer questions or concerns.
• Support Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to deliver an unforgettable brand experience.
• Build awareness of and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull, including collegiate events and activations, and increase brand engagement on social media.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, on campus, and in the region.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within the university campus and beyond, and leverage World of Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
• Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards and demonstrate executional excellence with attention to detail across all areas of the role.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interaction, plan and report activities accurately and on time in the dedicated online platform, and contribute to business development by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.
