Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Student Marketeer in Fort Worth, TX to build and execute campus plans that bring the brand to life among students and local communities. You will work at university events, engage with students, and help grow the Red Bull brand through sampling and social content.

You will report to the local Field Marketing Specialist, manage part-time hours, and travel up to 10%. This role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and authentic representation of the Red Bull brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups on campus.
• Affinity for project management, working behind the scenes, and winning sales.
• Team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits.
• Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values.
• Build and execute a tailored campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university.
• Create a strong network on and around your campus, maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Identify local collegiate content creators and bring them into the World of Red Bull.
• Grow the user base by inviting trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling.
• Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure a brand experience.
• Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull and collegiate events.
• Increase brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• BE A SALES EXPERT: Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is visible in outlets.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Leverage Red Bull assets to stay top of mind in sales accounts.
• Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
• EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: Deliver executional excellence and attend to details in all areas of your role.
• Share ideas and collaborate with your team online and in person.
• Plan and report activities in the online platform with accuracy.
• Provide local insights and opportunities for business development.
