Job summary

Red Bull seeks a Student Marketeer to be a brand and product ambassador on campus and in the region. You will learn Red Bull’s target groups, drive brand image, invite product trials, and work at events to create unforgettable experiences for consumers.

Youll build campus networks, collaborate with local sales, open distribution points, and deliver on-pack promotions. The role offers flexible hours, evening and weekend shifts, and the chance to grow with the World of Red Bull.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US drivers license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Affinity for project management, working behind the scenes, and winning sales.
• A team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits and onboard the Red Bull Mini.
• Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand & product ambassador on campus and in events.
• Build and execute a campus plan to engage students.
• Create networks around campus and with local creators.
• Grow the user base through product sampling and promotions.
• Support events to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.
• Increase brand engagement on social media and at activations.
• Support sales by improving in-store visibility and campus distribution points.
• Plan and report activities using the online platform.
• Provide local insights to support business development.
