Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Student Marketeer to act as a brand and product ambassador on campus and in the region. You will engage students, drive brand image, and increase product understanding at events and activations.

You will build a campus plan, develop local networks, and collaborate with sales to expand distribution on campus. This role requires 15+ hours per week with some evenings and weekends, in Pasadena, TX.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups on campus.
• Affinity for project management, working behind the scenes, and winning sales.

Responsibilities

• BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live and breathe Red Bull brand personality and engage consumers.
• Build and execute a campus plan that brings Red Bull to life at the university.
• Develop a strong campus network and relationships with local individuals.
• Identify local content creators and collaborate with the Field Marketing Specialist.
• Grow the user base by inviting product trials and sampling at the right places.
• Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events.
• Increase brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• BE A SALES EXPERT: Build relationships with local sales teams, ensure visibility in outlets.
