Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in food service or retail sales.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read product labels and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff and daily operations.
• Assign work duties according to job descriptions and workflow.
• Handle cash, balance registers, and process payments.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety standards.
• Open and close the operation and monitor security.
