Responsibilities include designing learning strategies, providing one-on-one or small group instruction, tracking progress, and maintaining classroom materials, with Spanish fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 60+ college hours required.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Ability to design and implement learning strategies to improve reading and math.
• Strong communication with students, teachers, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements learning strategies to improve reading and math.
• Provides reinforcement and practice through small group instruction.
• One-on-one or small group tutoring with students who are experiencing difficulty in mastering reading and math concepts.
• Track and report student progress by recording achievement and assessment scores.
• Cares for and maintains materials and equipment at the campus facility.
• Communicates effectively with students, teachers, staff and parents.
