Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience required in security, retail, food service or other customer-facing industries
• Strong decision-making capability and ability to respond with composure in high pressure situations
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with identifying and responding to safety related issues preferred
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office, SAP, access control software & Web based programs
• Ability to interact with individuals from all levels within the organization
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Support campus protection and safety through four core campus posts: Campus Gates, Lobby Desks, Interior and Exterior Campus Ro ves
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining readiness for incidents related to life safety and shrink
• Maintain accurate reporting on incidents and participate in campus investigations
