Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel 40-50%.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven leadership in conservative youth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, organize, and mobilize student activists within assigned territory.
• Launch and maintain campus chapters; oversee activation plans.
• Organize daily campus activism initiatives and events.
• Recruit and train student leaders; develop leadership pipelines.
• Collect recruitment data and report progress to regional leadership.
