Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engagement leaders by working closely with seniors and managers on client engagements across multiple industries.
• Build foundational assurance skills through hands-on experience with planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting.
• Support special projects by assisting with ad hoc initiatives and department-wide efforts.
• Communicate with clients and teams to help keep engagements on track and ensure timely deliverables.
• Engage in on-site client work by traveling to client locations and contributing as a valued member of the engagement team.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm.
• Grow through feedback by receiving ongoing coaching from seniors and managers.
• Participate in firm culture through networking events and activities that strengthen your professional connections.
• Work with a performance manager to set career goals and receive mentorship throughout the internship.
• Learn from your buddy who will guide you, answer questions, and help you feel supported from day one.
