Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Camping Ticketing Supervisor to oversee campground ticketing operations and lead a team of ticket takers. You will ensure smooth event operations, maintain high guest service standards, and coordinate with Camping Management on staffing and safety protocols.

As a CTS you will train staff, manage schedules, enforce campground policies, and support management in daily duties to ensure a positive guest experience during shows and events.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise ticket takers and other employees performing similar services as directed.
  • Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • On an ongoing basis lead and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well‑informed on event specific details.
  • Ensure staff is receiving breaks.
  • Assist management to ensure compliance with all Campground policies and procedures to include all safety regulations.
  • Oversee productivity and work assignments of the ticket taker and remain in communication with Camping Management regarding any challenges and the status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.
  • Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by Camping Management.

The JOB

We are currently looking for Camping Ticketing Supervisor (CTS). The CTS will oversee the ticketing operations within the Campground.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to be present on as needed to fulfill all job requirements – including but not limited to all show days as well as the days leading up to and post show.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Exhibits strong problem‑solving skills in long term and immediate situations.
  • Ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation for this position is: $18.40 USD - $23.00 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
