Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, OR is seeking a part-time Camping Sales Associate to deliver a legendary customer experience. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, manage shelf replenishment, and promote club memberships and in-store pickup.

You will operate the POS system, maintain pricing and signage, and support seasonal merchandise moves while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish shelves and keep area neat and stocked.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
