Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions. You will maintain shelves, stock merchandise, and stay knowledgeable about current promotions and CLUB memberships.

This part-time position emphasizes friendly service, accurate pricing, POS operation, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work flexible hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and pricing adjustments.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist customers in making buying decisions.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
