Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine, TX is seeking a friendly Sales Outfitter to welcome customers and help them find products. You will demonstrate items, answer questions, and guide shoppers to the right merchandise while delivering a legendary customer experience.

Part-time role focusing on product knowledge, upselling programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, maintaining shelves, and keeping the sales floor clean and well stocked. Previous retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to operate the POS terminal and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and cheerfully.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage for advertised items.
• Assist customers with Club Memberships and in-store pickup options.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support other duties as assigned.
