Job summary

Kings Dominion is seeking a seasonal Campground Front Desk Attendant to provide friendly guest service at the campground in Richmond, VA. The role handles reservations, check-ins/check-outs, deposits, and payments, while keeping guests informed and welcomed.

You will greet guests, assist with reservation needs, stay informed on daily operations, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with basic computer and phone tasks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods.
• Proficient with basic phone, computer, paperwork filing, and communication skills.
• Basic addition and subtraction ability.

• Operate the reservations system by making reservations via telephone or in person, checking guests in and out, taking deposits and other payments.
• Proactively monitor reservations to honor guest’s requests.
• Must stay up-to-date on K2 updates as it pertains to daily operation.

• Must stay up-to-date on K2 updates as it pertains to daily operation.
• Greet and assist guests with their reservation needs.

• Basic situation resolution skills.
• Ability to become familiar with site types and what type of amenities we offer to guests.
• Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction.
• Be proficient with basic phone, computer, paperwork filing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• ValidState Driver's License required.
