Qualifications

• Two years of Direct Marketing experience in a casino environment preferred.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to present ideas in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Creates, administers and monitors monthly production schedules for the team and assigns workloads.
• Supervises execution of direct marketing operations including offer generation and list compilation.
• Mentors Marketing Campaign Associate I/II and develops individual development plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Builds guest relations and coordinates with other departments for offers and inquiries.
• Leads department to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
