About the team The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real-time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Leverage campaign performance and other data sources to produce in-depth user research reports aligned with business goals. Reports may cover, but are not limited to, campaign operations, vertical insights, and target audience understanding.
• Content Understanding and Analysis: Combine data analysis skills with content expertise to deliver research report that provide actionable insights on content for the target audience and business objectives.
• Campaign Operations Support: Assist the operations team with campaign execution, prize sending, data monitoring, and performance summarization to ensure smooth campaign management. This includes:
• Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track campaign metrics and user feedback, and provide timely recommendations to help the operations team adjust campaign strategies.
• Campaign Summarization: Analyze campaign performance, summarize effectiveness, and optimize future campaign plans based on insights.
• Campaign Prize Sending: Coordinate and send prizes to the selected awardees.
• Support Other Operations Projects: Contribute to vertical analyses, user research, surveys, and other related initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Data Analysis, Product Operations, Campaign Operations, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data issues and provide timely feedback. Comfortable working in an international team environment.
• Solid understanding of campaign execution, including mechanisms and processes required to run successful campaigns.
• Skilled at analyzing and summarizing campaign data to drive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and of high quality.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $143556 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
