Job summary

The PA Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead day-to-day operations across assigned districts for the 2026 cycle.

These are full-time, cycle-based roles with benefits, based in Pennsylvania districts; relocation may be required upon offer. You will manage staff, coordinate paid media campaigns, and ensure cohesive messaging across channels to achieve fundraising, outreach, and electoral goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 campaign cycles of experience, with direct paid media or campaign management.
• Experience in media planning, vendor coordination, and message development.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a targeted state senate campaign.
• Develop and execute paid communications plans across digital, mail, and TV.
• Coordinate with media consultants and vendors for timely media delivery.
• Ensure messaging consistency across paid, earned media, field, and communications.
• Supervise and hire campaign staff in coordination with statewide leadership.
• Collaborate with Senate Campaigns & Communications teams on comprehensive plans.
• Meet objectives for voter contact, fundraising, and communications benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting for campaign metrics and spend.
