Job summary

CJ, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a senior client partnerships lead to drive KPI-aligned campaigns with brands and influencers across the performance marketing space.

You will steer weekly client and agency calls, coordinate with internal teams, identify new investment opportunities, apply influencer industry trends, and manage workloads to deliver on deadlines while delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in online marketing, with 3+ years in influencer or social media marketing.
  • Clear and effective communicator with solid business acumen.
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate data insights into strategic outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy.

  • Generate influencer and content opportunities aligned with campaign goals and audience fit.

  • Represent CJ through thought leadership and industry events.
  • Develop influencer and content strategies for seasonal brand initiatives; drive platform and budget recommendations.
  • Project/Team management; manage workload across team and meet deadlines.
  • Campaign benchmarking and forecasting to align pitches with goals.
  • Collaborate with Analysts and influencer managers for post-campaign analysis and whitelisting recommendations.
  • Create IO and oversee financial processes (net terms) for timely payments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy are well defined and attainable withing the campaign strategy
  • Lead weekly client and agency calls. Leveraging your team to keep the client up to date on progress and performance of campaign.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared client teams - keeping them apprised of performance and campaign needs
  • Generate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying new investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.
  • Learn about and apply influencer industry channels and trends to your client campaigns.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies across the VIP processes.
  • Represent CJ through thought leadership with Junction articles and participation in Industry events.
  • Generate influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives; Driving platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts and post frequency
  • Project/Team Management; managing campaign workload across team, establishing workback schedules and ensuring delivery to client deadlines
  • Campaign Benchmarking & Forecasting to campaign goals to ensure our pitches are purposeful with data
  • Work with Analyst and influencer managers to deliver Post Campaign analysis and Whitelisting recommendation through campaign specialists
  • Create IO and Invoice - oversee financial process (net terms), ensure Campaign Specialist is meeting payment posting deadlines
Qualifications

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience and minimum of 5 years’ experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance, with 3 of the years in influencer or social media marketing.
  • Clear and effective communicator. Can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to create a team culture where everyone understands their roles and needs and is held accountable to delivering on them
  • Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results and can directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns.
  • Ability to work across departments and divisions by building consensus and delivering upon stated objectives
  • Results oriented problem solver, comfortable with leveraging data insights to build and support strategic outcomes
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and data analytics experience required to create, analyze, and provide insights from reporting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Self-initiative and eager to enhance skillset
  • Knowledge of influencer platforms that we add to our tech stack such as CreatorIQ.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
