Campaign Manager - Email Marketing

Hybrid NYC | 8 month contract

Our client, a well-known luxury brand, is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead email efforts. This person will spearhead campaign planning, development and execution for integrated marketing programs for revenue growth and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Oracle Responsys and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Description

• Leads planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Implements new web experiences and oversees creative execution for merchandising segments.
• Manage end-to-end of 50+ incremental communication dedicated to a major retailer's: briefing, asset coordination / delivery, build, QA, and deployment.
• Coordination of new activation workstream between F&B Marketing, Account Development, E-business to align MVP execution with broader calendar.
• Partner with Mail-house and Fulfilment centers to pick/pack kits and POS sample readiness.
• Liaise with Retail Excellence and Project Management to keep POS teams informed on collateral redemptions, inventory needs, and make necessary adjustments for low stock.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing specific experience
• REQUIRED: experience with Responsys and Salesforce Marketing Cloud - email marketing
• Hands-on experience leading campaign operations
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
• Proficiency in project-tracking tools, and familiarity with online marketing tactics and agile methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
