• Hands-on Accountability experience that survives a whiteboard interview.
• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before.
• Solid Attention Management grounding, plus Initiative you can pick up on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Keep Capital Growth Partners's full-time commitments visible and on track.
• Carry the Stress Management thread across three time zones and two tools.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Capital Growth Partners clients as needed.
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved.
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends.
• Keep Capital Growth Partners's Rio Rancho, NM site running while improvements ship underneath.
