Job summary

Steven Horsford For Congress in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking Campaign Fellows for in-person work, approximately 10 hours per week, with a $500 monthly stipend. Join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in political campaigns, voter outreach, and campaign operations.

You’ll contribute to field organizing, communications, and data-driven outreach while learning from experienced campaign professionals in a competitive congressional race.

Qualifications

• Passionate about public service and civic engagement
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• At least 17 years old
• Previous campaign experience is not required

Responsibilities

• Direct voter contact through canvassing, phone banking, and text banking
• Assist with voter registration and community outreach
• Support campaign events, town halls, and volunteer activities
• Recruit and engage volunteers
• Learn how voter databases and campaign technology are used to organize outreach
• Assist with campaign office operations and administrative projects
• Participate in campaign trainings and strategy discussions
• Collaborate with organizers and leadership on field priorities
