The Catalyst Corporation is seeking a Brand Representative to join the Brand Strategy Team. This entry-level role focuses on face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and brand development for nationally recognized clients.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in branding, retail marketing, and sales strategy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include executing campaigns, representing brands in retail and event settings, and supporting local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently pursuing).
• Experience in branding, customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in branding, retail marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategy within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute in-person marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
• Support the development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve outreach efforts
• Assist with coordinating retail events, activations, and in‑store promotions
• Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to support positioning and campaign growth
• Help track campaign performance and support reporting and administrative tasks
• Conduct sales in a retail setting
