Job description

The Campaign Designer plays a key role in bringing Rainbow City Performing Arts’ mission to life by creating engaging visuals and content that amplify our message of inclusivity and equity. Working closely with the Campaign Manager, this role ensures that each project reflects our values and resonates with the community we serve.

Job Summary

The Campaign Designer supports the Brand Committee by creating visual and written content for individual campaigns and projects. This role is responsible for developing graphics, applying campaign themes and messages, and ensuring all deliverables meet asset requirements and timelines. The Campaign Designer works under the direction of the Campaign Manager to bring campaign strategies to life.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Designs and produces campaign graphics and visual assets based on
    provided specifications.
  • Implements key messages and themes across campaign materials.
  • Ensures consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborates with the Campaign Manager to understand project goals.
  • Revises and adapts designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Manages multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and accessibility principles.
  • Ability to follow creative direction and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Support
  • Access to software, tools, and process orientation.
  • Guidance of specific campaign theme, timeline, and needs.
  • Receives support and resources from committee members and staff.
