Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email, digital marketing, or related marketing campaign execution.

• Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker who stays hands-on with campaign execution details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement Business Banking acquisition campaigns.
• Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to tailor assets for each program.
• Support campaign delivery across digital, email, awareness, offer-based, and branch channels.
• Ensure campaigns align with strategy, timelines, budgets, and customer experience goals.
• Maintain strong controls by reviewing final creative outputs and executional elements.
• Identify opportunities with marketing managers and streamline processes.
• Contribute to measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate performance.
• Optimize direct response campaigns to improve results and reduce costs.
• Prioritize end-to-end customer experience and flawless execution of details.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners including product, strategy, branch, legal, and compliance.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously amidst evolving priorities.
