Job summary

Bars.com is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join our on-site team in Philadelphia, PA. You’ll support activations, coordinate with venues and brand partners, and send real-time updates back to HQ while representing the Bars.com brand in the city.

You’ll engage with staff and guests, ensure tech runs smoothly, and help capture insights to fuel growth. This role offers flexible hours with ~20 hours per week and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Access to reliable transportation and strong knowledge of the Philadelphia area.
• Tech-savvy (Slack, Google Docs/Sheets).
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder.

Responsibilities

We partner with leading alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands to bring unforgettable bar/restaurant experiences to life — and we're hiring a Campaign Coordinator to be one of our on-site team members in Philadelphia, PA.

You'll be in the field supporting activations, coordinating with venues and brand partners, and sending real-time updates back to HQ. You'll build relationships, solve problems, and proudly represent Bars.com in your city.

What You'll Be Doing

• Attend and support brand activations across your region
• Ensure Bars.com tech is running smoothly and activations are set up for success
• Be the storyteller — soak up the scene, engage with staff, guests, and bartenders to capture content, feedback, and on the ground campaign insights
• Keep HQ in the loop — share the moments, the screw-ups, and the triumphs; all of it fuels how we grow
• Be a positive, professional presence for Bars.com, our brand partners, and our venues

Compensation
